We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please review our policy below before placing an order.

Returns

We accept returns on eligible items within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within a few business days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are final sale and cannot be returned, including:

  • Preorder items (unless defective or damaged)

  • Sale or discounted items

  • Gift cards

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same item, contact us at thesonrisesagain@gmail.com.

Preorders

Preorder items are made or reserved specifically for you once the order is placed. Because of this, preorder items may not be canceled or refunded after 24 hours unless there is a defect or issue with the product.
